Returns Policy
Please do keep in mind that as a small business who makes everything to order, refunds are not as easy to do as a bigger business with ready made stock on hand. However, if you find your dress just isn’t right for you, or if you’re not 100% happy with the product that you have purchased on-line, Zilpah Tart will happily provide you with an exchange, credit note, or refund, providing the following Online Return Policy Conditions have been met;
- The items are returned within 21 days of the date shown on the tax invoice.
- Items must be in new and original condition as purchased, with all labels/tickets attached.
- Your Tax Invoice must be provided as proof of purchase.
Please note: It is the customer’s responsibility to pay all freight charges to return the item. The goods are your responsibility until they are returned to Zilpah tart, although not required it is suggested you insure returns, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Please allow 3-7 working days for your return to be processed.

You will receive your refund within 7 business days of the return being received and you will be informed via email address when this transaction is complete.
Postage is not refunded/added to credit.
