Returns & Exchanges
Each Zilpah Tart piece is thoughtfully made to order in my Canberra studio, so I truly appreciate careful purchasing. That said, I understand that sometimes something just isn’t quite right.
If you’re not completely happy with your online purchase, I’m happy to offer an exchange, credit note, or refund provided the following conditions are met:

Items are returned within 21 days of the date shown on your tax invoice

Items are in original, unworn condition with all labels/tickets attached

Proof of purchase is provided
Please note:

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer

Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Items remain your responsibility until they are received by Zilpah Tart. I recommend using tracked postage as I am not responsible for items lost in transit
Once your return is received, please allow 3–7 working days for processing. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days, and you’ll receive confirmation via email.
